Testimonials: Snoring and Sleep Apnea
For the first time...I am sleeping through the night and feel so rested during the day.
I was diagnosed with moderate sleep apnea. After trying a CPAP during my sleep study, I knew that would not work for me. I decided to try a dental appliance, and called Dr. Alpher's office.
I was immediately impressed with his friendly office staff. I also was impressed with Dr. Alpher. He is very professional. He expertly fitted me for the appliance and thoroughly explained everything to me.
I have had my dental appliance for a month and I wouldn't trade it for the world. It has changed my life.
For the first time in decades, I am sleeping through the night and feel so rested during the day. Thank you Dr. Alpher!!

15 years ago I was diagnosed with sleep apnea at the age of 45 and a CPAP was prescribed.
I have had 4 machines even the travel model. None of these CPAP machines helped me sleep well, in fact, I am sure they prevented a normal night's sleep not to mention the unromantic appearance.
My second oral appliance was made by Dr. Alpher. This one is my favorite because it has the ability to adapt to changes and allows my mouth to move during the night thus promoting natural sleep and movement.
Dr. Alpher, Roxanne and the staff are most supportive always readily available for consults, adjustments and encouragement.
THANK YOU!

I went home with a dental device that helped me get my first good night's sleep in years.
Among my many traumas when I was diagnosed with sleep apnea was the thought of being tethered to a machine at night. I was lucky; the internist who discovered my apnea had it himself and he immediately sent me to see Dr. Alpher. After extensive tests and fittings I went home with a dental device that helped me get my first good night's sleep in years. I still remember waking the next morning happy and without anxiety. I now think of the device as my 'pacifier' and I wouldn't leave home without it.
But not just any device will do. It is very important that it is sophisticated and not just an anti-snoring gismo. The doctors and staff who fit and service it have to know what they are doing. And they have to be available for life's little emergencies such as when something breaks because I really don't like to go a single night with out it. And Dr. Alpher and his staff have always been there for me.
