When I met Dr Alpher, we established instant rapport; He has a warm, friendly personality, coupled with obvious professionalism and skill. I was impressed by his planned efforts to understand me as well as my condition. The extensive x-ray exploration, the medical and other history taking which enabled his diagnostic appraisal of my concerns and I further appreciated his desire to answer all my questions. I knew with Dr. Alpher's helping me that I was in good hands.
After a treatments plan was devised, Roxanne, Myotherapist, took over my care. She was truly an excellent clinician and I was really surprised to see how quickly that I began to improve and to show results. After a relatively short time, I am now at the end of my treatment program.
I was equally impressed with the other team members of Dr. Alpher's staff, Lee and Debbie who are both skilled and caring in their respective roles.
Dr. Alpher reminds me of an old fashioned family doctor. He became not only interested in me but my family. He gave me referrals for my husband and cousin. My cousin now plans to pursue this referral to get relief for a chronic back complaint.

Experienced and knowledgeable TMJ treatment and care
For many years, I have suffered from a condition called TMJ. My pain came and went through the years as so did many doctors and dentists who were unable to help. Fortunately, Dr. Elliott Alpher was recommended to me by my regular dentist for my severe problem. As with yet "another doctor," I was skeptical but out of sheer desperation made an appointment about two years ago.
From my very first visit, I knew I was good hands. Dr. Alpher, Roxanne, and his staff are the most knowledgeable people that I have found in the field of TMJ. Not only are they knowledgaable and confident in their help, their kindness, understanding, and compassion are beyond compare.
I have finally found relief at a time when I was almost suicidal with the constant pain, headaches, and discomfort that I was experiencing every single day. It was interfering with my whole life. Dr. Alpher and his staff have made a GREAT difference in my life!
I was in a lot of pain. I saw three doctors for TMJ and facial pain and my husband saw that none of those doctors were owning my case. So my husband Craig, went to my special primary care doctor to seek help and my doctor to seek help and my doctor gave Craig a referral. My doctor gave Craig a name of a specialist that could help my muscles, nerves and connective tissues and TMJ. Dr. Elliott J. Alpher.
Craig set an appointment immediately and we went right away. My pain became less in a very short period of time. I stopped taking pain pills right away.
The office is a safe place to me. Dr. Alpher and his staff are very warm, caring and perfectionist, they are there to help you heal. They are all very wise.
In the office there is room called Myotherapy. It is an awesome room. It is very relaxing, calm and refreshing. That's the room I go to for all my treatments. I am well now, I can chew food without pain. I am pain free!

After almost 2 years with daily constant headaches, now my quality of life has improved drastically.
