Charlly
Charlly Enroth is President of Therapeutic Lifestyles, Arlington, VA, a fast growing healthcare practice delivering healthier lifestyles through therapeutic massage. He is nationally certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB) and licensed to practice massage in Virginia and the District of Columbia.
Charlly works with a variety of clients struggling with a full range of conditions, from day-to-day stress and fatigue to acute and chronic pain after surgery or injury. Using extensive training and experience in deep tissue massage, neuromuscular therapy (NMT), sports massage, and pain management, he provides relief to every client. Describing his work, he said, "I target the specific muscles and/or groups of muscles that cause a patient's pain and discomfort, and then work them individually to achieve therapeutic release."
Charlly is a proud graduate of the Potomac Massage Training Institute, Washington, DC and the University of Wisconsin, BS, Madison, WI. An experienced public speaker, he also enjoys talking to groups large and small about the technology and benefits of therapeutic massage.
He is committed to ongoing professional development and training, and receives great satisfaction in his spare time hanging out with his teenage children, scuba diving crystal blue waters, and volunteering for "Touch of Relief", a non-profit service company providing therapeutic massage to returning vets from Iraq and Afghanistan.
